Ingredients
- Citron Vodka1 oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice0.5 oz
- Simple Syrup0.25 oz
- Candied Lemon Wheel1 piece
Method
- Prep: Rim shot glass with lemon oil and superfine sugar
- Build: Combine 1 oz citron vodka, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup in shaker
- Shake: Add ice and shake hard
- Strain: Double strain into prepared shot glass
- Serve: Top with candied lemon wheel
