Privacy Policy

The Service Well ("we," "us," or "our") is developed and operated by Michael Wylde under Moonlit Social Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application and related services.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and profile photo provided during registration or via third-party authentication.
• Recipe Preferences: Favorited recipes, custom recipes you create, and collection data.
• Order History: Drink orders placed through the order management feature.
• Team Data: Team memberships, roles, and team-related content you contribute.
• Usage Data: General app usage patterns to improve the experience.

We use Supabase as our third-party authentication provider. When you sign in using email/password or social login (e.g., Google), Supabase handles the authentication process. We receive your basic profile information (email, name, avatar) from Supabase but do not store your passwords directly.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database managed through Supabase. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With Supabase for authentication and data storage services.
• With Stripe or RevenueCat for payment processing (if you subscribe to premium features).
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We use PostHog for privacy-respecting product analytics. PostHog records anonymous usage events (page views, feature interactions) so we can understand which parts of the app are useful and where people get stuck. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for cross-site advertising.

If and when we enable Google AdSense (web) or Google AdMob (mobile) for advertising, those services will set their own cookies / device identifiers per their own policies. Paid plans hide all advertising. We will update this policy with the specific ad partners when ads are activated.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your custom recipes and data.

The Service Well is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you through an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
